Cancellation, Sales, & Refund Policy

The subscription fee will be requested at the beginning of your subscription period or expiration of your free trial period.  Your subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or your subscription is otherwise terminated or suspended. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through contact us or e-mail [email protected].  You have the right to cancel your subscription without fee or penalty at any time. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will have continued access to for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.  All sales are final even on devices.  If a device is defective we can work on exchanges as long as it is less than 10 days from point of sale.

To cancel your plan just contact us or e-mail us at [email protected] with your username.  Your subscription will be terminated once the time expires on your subscription.


All Sales are final.  We will work with you to resolve issues with service or equipment.  If resolution on equipment and exchanges need to be made a restocking fee of $15 dollars for used equipment with shipping to us at owners expensa, or the Ue.  Sorry we can’t except sales outside the US, Canada, and the UK.

Refunds will not be provided for any Subscription. We do not provide Credit, Refunds, or prorated billing for Subscriptions that are cancelled MID-MONTH. In such circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle. Flaxxcomm reserves the right to offer Refunds, Discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion.
